“I had burrata with heirloom tomato, drizzled with olive oil which you could tell was super high quality 🍅 For our mains we both had the beef roast with all the trimmings, but the roast potatoes were the crispiest and fluffiest I have ever tried - I could’ve had a full bowl of them 🤣”

Yorkshire-born-and-bred family farm and butcher, @Randjyorkshiresfinest supply us with our meat here in York.
They describe their farming style as Low and Slow. Low referring to the impact on nature, and Slow being the natural pace at which their animals grow because they freely graze. But it`s not just this which we`re on board with. It`s that they also source from a cooperative of small-scale, specialist Yorkshire farmers. This means you can trust that they`re always supplying the best, not just their own.
Here`s a shot of our salt-aged cabinet with one of the cuts we get from the R&J team. Some of you might already be familiar with this, especially if you`ve dined at our restaurant. This is the sirloin that we use for our Sunday Lunch
